• Parenting Plans, which can be extremely helpful as they record the agreement you have reached. Should there be problems in the future, you can refer these to the Court.

• Open Financial Summary (OFS), can be used as the basis for financial negotiation within mediation, hybrid mediation, collaborative law or early neutral evaluation (ENE) as well as providing your Solicitors and the Court with a clear and precise financial overview of your situation.

• Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is an extremely helpful document. Should you wish to apply for a consent order the MOU can be sent to your Solicitor and the Court to assist your Solicitor and the Judge.
