Costs

In order to assist in budgeting for mediation, we have fixed session costs as follows:

• Initial individual meeting, often referred to as a “MIAM”, Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting £125 (individual sessions, usually last around 45 – 60 minutes)
• Focused Mediation Sessions, at a cost of £500 per two-hour session, with the costs usually being shared £250 per person
• Child Issues can be mediated in person or online and with a £500 voucher from the Ministry of Justice
• Sessions can be online or in person.

Please send us an email and we will be happy to chat with you about your individual circumstances. Our information letter also contains details of Legal Aid that may be available and if so, we would be pleased to signpost you.

We also offer appointments in the evenings and at weekends. For these appointments there will be a surcharge.

The number of mediation sessions required will vary depending upon individual client needs and circumstances. Typically, one to four joint sessions are required for each area in issue.

Documents: Memorandum of Understanding, Parenting Plan and Open Financial Summary £500 each.
